By accessing or using ShotMint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
ShotMint is an AI-powered headshot generation service. You upload selfies, our AI trains a personalized model, and we deliver professional-quality headshots to your email. We use third-party AI providers (including Astria.ai) to process your images.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using ShotMint, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are using the Service for lawful purposes only.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Payments are one-time and non-recurring unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your headshots, we will regenerate them at no charge or issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy page for full details. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
You retain full ownership of the original selfies you upload. Upon delivery of your headshots, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the generated headshots for personal and commercial purposes, including LinkedIn, websites, marketing materials, and business cards.
You may not use ShotMint to: (a) generate images of other people without their consent; (b) create content that is illegal, defamatory, or harassing; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the Service; (d) upload images containing nudity, minors, or other prohibited content; (e) use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
Your uploaded selfies are used solely to generate your headshots. We do not sell, share, or use your images to train generalized AI models. Uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days of delivery. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated headshots will meet every individual's expectations, though we stand behind our satisfaction guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShotMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email when possible.
