When you use ShotMint, we collect: (a) Email address provided during checkout; (b) Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never store card details); (c) Selfies and photos you upload for headshot generation; (d) Basic usage data such as browser type and device info to improve the Service.
Your information is used exclusively to: (a) Process your payment through Stripe; (b) Generate your AI headshots using your uploaded selfies; (c) Deliver your finished headshots via email; (d) Respond to support inquiries; (e) Send transactional emails related to your order. We do not use your data for advertising profiling or sell it to third parties.
Your uploaded selfies and generated headshots are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 (enterprise-grade encrypted storage). Uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days of delivery. If you would like your data deleted sooner, email support@shotmint.net and we will delete everything within 24 hours.
Your selfies are used only to fine-tune a personalized AI model for your specific order. Your images are never used to train generalized AI models, shared with other users, or retained beyond the 30-day deletion window.
We use the following trusted third-party services: Stripe (payment processing), Astria.ai (AI image generation), Cloudflare R2 (secure image storage), Resend (transactional email delivery), Supabase (order database), and Vercel (hosting). Each service operates under its own privacy policy and security standards.
We use minimal cookies necessary for the Service to function, including session identifiers from Stripe's checkout flow. We do not use tracking cookies or behavioral advertising cookies.
You have the right to: (a) Access the personal data we hold about you; (b) Request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@shotmint.net; (c) Opt out of any marketing communications; (d) Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We respond to all data requests within 5 business days.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Uploaded images are stored in encrypted cloud storage with restricted access. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
ShotMint is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us immediately at support@shotmint.net.
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to existing customers. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
