Our Guarantee

We stand behind every order with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your headshots don't meet your expectations, you have two options: a free regeneration using improved settings, or a full refund. This applies within 14 days of your delivery email.

How to Request a Refund or Regeneration

Email support@shotmint.net with your order email address and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours and process your request within 2โ€“3 business days. No lengthy forms. No arguing. We just want you to be happy.

Free Regeneration

If your headshots don't look right โ€” wrong lighting, poor resemblance, unexpected backgrounds โ€” we'll regenerate your entire order at no charge. This is the fastest resolution and usually produces better results with clearer upload guidance.

Full Refunds

If you prefer a refund over regeneration, we'll process it in full โ€” including any upsells purchased. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your delivery email. We cannot process refunds for orders where the generated headshots have been published and used commercially. If you have any doubt, contact us before using your headshots publicly.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We have a strong track record of resolving issues quickly and fairly, and a chargeback dispute can take weeks longer than our standard refund process. Email support@shotmint.net first โ€” we'll make it right.
